Getting started with Estalvia
In about five minutes your account will be ready and your first month sorted. This guide takes you from the first click to your summary.
Updated 6 October 2026
What you need
- An email address you can open right now: we will send you a code to sign in.
- Your bank statement as CSV, XLS, XLSX or ODS, just as you download it from online banking.
- To be 16 or over.
Create your account with your email
- Go to app.estalvia.ad and click Sign in or create an account.
- id.nexe.ad, the Nexe Labs sign-in page, opens. Type your email and click Send me a code.
- Open the email you receive and enter the 6-digit code. It expires in 10 minutes; if you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or click Resend code.
- If it is your first time, type your name and click Create account and continue.
- Back in Estalvia, read the terms, tick I am 16 or over and I accept… and click Accept and continue.
The welcome: four questions
First, Estalvia asks you four questions to tailor the platform to you. You can change any answer later in Settings.
- Welcome
- Explains in one sentence what Estalvia does.
- Goals
- What you would like to achieve (know where your money goes, save more, keep subscriptions under control…) and, if you like, how much you would like to save each month. We use it to show you what matters most to you first.
- Your bank
- Choose Andbank, Creand, MoraBanc or another bank, and give the account a name (for example, “Current account”). If you have more accounts or cards, you can add them later.
- Your spending
- Untick the categories you don't use (for example, Gym if you don't go) to keep things simple. You can bring them back in Settings.
When you finish, choose Take the tour (a one-minute walk through the sections) or Upload my statement to get straight to it.
Upload your first statement
- Download your account statement from your bank's online banking, as CSV or Excel. The more months, the better: with three or more, Estalvia can already compare against what is usual for you.
- In Estalvia, open Import, choose the account and drop the file (or click to choose it).
- Estalvia recognises the date, description, amount and balance columns on its own. If it doesn't recognise one, pick it once: it will remember it next time.
- Check the number of transactions and the dates, and click Import (the button says how many will come in).
The limit is 1 MB per file (several years of transactions). If your statement is bigger, split it by dates and upload it in parts.
Review pending transactions
Estalvia categorises most transactions on its own: it recognises the usual shops and services in Andorra and learns from your choices. The ones it can't categorise with confidence wait for you in Review, grouped by merchant.
- Open Review.
- For each merchant, choose the category. If Estalvia suggests one, you just need to confirm it.
- Leave Remember for next time ticked: a rule is created and, in future statements, that merchant will be sorted automatically.
- Click Confirm.
What next?
- Open the Summary to see your month at a glance. We explain every figure in Understanding the summary.
- Set a savings goal for the year in Goals.
- Check Subscriptions to see what you are charged every month or every year.
- Every month (or whenever you like), download the new statement and upload it again. Anything already there is not duplicated.
