Is it free?
Yes. If we ever add paid features, they will be optional and we will tell you beforehand.
Do I have to give my bank passwords?
No. You download the statement from your bank’s website and upload it yourself. Estalvia never accesses your online banking.
Which banks does it work with?
With the banks in Andorra: Andbank, Creand and MoraBanc. You download the statement from your online banking as CSV or Excel; if the columns are not recognised automatically, you choose them once and they are remembered for next time.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany (European Union), with an encrypted connection and daily backups. The details are in the privacy policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, whenever you like, from Settings → Profile. You can download all your data first.
Who can use it?
Anyone aged 16 or over.
Which languages is it in?
Catalan, Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
